1. Laocoön and His Sons (1st century BC) by Agesander, Athenodore, and Polydore: Currently located in the Vatican. Roman Imperial Period (20 BC) Some of the most famous Roman sculptors: Augustus of Prima Porta, Ludovisi Gaul, Barberini Faun

 2. #AugustusofPrimaPorta: A full-length portrait statue of Augustus Caesar, the first Roman emperor. Origin and Style: A Roman copy of a lost Greek bronze statue, blending Greek and Roman artistic elements. Subject: Emperor Augustus, depicted with a youthful head and a heroic, idealized body reminiscent of Greek statues. Current Location: Displayed in the Braccio Nuovo section of the Vatican Museums.
